Home Depot Store Front

2020 will result in many changes to the Black Friday shopping season. Home Depot is one of the first retailers to announce their finalized holiday sales plan. Traditionally, Home Depot is the last retailer to release their Black Friday ad and limited the sales to a ‘true Black Friday’ style, opening with doorbusters on Friday morning.

In 2020, Home Depot will be holding Black Friday sales over a two month period beginning in early November. Sales will be held both in-store and online. Over 1 million items will qualify for free shipping, including fresh Christmas trees.

Mobile app users will get exclusive sneak peaks to upcoming sales and deals, taking some of the guesswork out of shopping.

Home Depot is also partnering with Pinterest to bring more DIY content and ideas for those homemade gifts and projects.
