10 Best Accessories For Instant Pot
Have you jumped on the Instant Pot wagon yet? If not, boy are you missing out! It is hands down one of the best kitchen items you will ever buy! I love mine so much, I even take it on vacation with me. It is such a time saver and the food tastes amazing. Now that it has become such a hot item in the kitchen, there are all kinds of extra gadgets for it. Not all of them are useful. I am going to share with you the ones that we think are best accessories for Instant Pot.

Instant Pot Silicone Lid:
If you just use everything you cook right away you may not need this one. However, if you need to store it in the fridge for a little while and don’t have a container to empty it into, an Instant Pot silicone lid is super handy to have.
Stainless Steel Steamer:
The Instant Pot is great for steaming foods. However, sometimes I don’t like the items to be in the water while cooking. A stainless steel steamer rack is really handy when it comes to cooking veggies and other items you may not want to be right in the water.
Springform Pan:
Did you know you can even make things like cheesecake in the Instant Pot? You totally can when you have a springform pan like this Wilton Excelle Elite 6 x 2-3/4 Inch Springform Pan!
Instant Pot Stainless Steel Inner Cooking Pot:
If you use the Instant Pot a lot, maybe to cook more then one thing for a meal, this is a must. Having an extra Instant Pot Stainless Steel Inner Cooking Pot makes it nice when cooking more than one item. You can prep the next dish and then just switch posts when the first one is done cooking.
Instant Pot Mini Mitts:
When taking the hot inner pot out of the cooker, it is not easy to do with a normal pot holder. These Instant Pot Mini Mitts make it much easier and save on burned fingers.
Silicone Egg Poacher Cups:
When it comes to cooking eggs in the Instant Pot, the hard boiled egg rack is unnecessary as stacking the eggs on top of each other works just fine. However, the Silicone Egg Poacher Cups are super useful! They allow you to cook poached eggs in just a few minutes. You can also use jumbo silicone baking cups to do this too.
Round Cake Pan:
If you will be making cakes, cobblers and other items like that in the Instant Pot, you need a good round cake pan. I have this Fat Daddio’s Anodized Aluminum Round Cake Pan, 7-Inch x 4-Inch and it has worked really well in my 6qt Instant Pot.
Extra Sealing Rings:
If you have been cooking with the Instant Pot, I am sure you know that sometimes you can not get the strong smell out of the sealing rings. It is handy to have a few extras so when you want to make baked goods and things, they don’t absorb the smell/taste of say last nights garlic potatoes.
Nylon Skimmer:
This is one you may even already have on hand. I find having a Nylon Skimmer around is super handy when cooking with the Instant Pot.
Fat Separator:
Here is one of the best accessories for Instant Pot that you may never have thought about. I love having this 4-Cup Fat Separator around. After I cook meats and things it is great to use before making gravy and other items.
