Target Deal Days is one of the best sales of the year, and this year, we get to see it twice!
Target Deal Days is Target’s answer to the Amazon Prime Day sales. Originally created as an annual event, the Target sale ran consecutively with the Prime Day sale. When 2020 postponed the July events to October, Target chose to continue hosting the sale twice a year! This year’s sale will be taking place October 6th-8th, 2022, a full week before Prime Day, so you’ll have plenty of time to shop both! Details regarding what will be on sale are still pretty vague, but Target is boasting rock bottom prices on hundreds of thousands of items so that you can get your shopping done early and know that you’ve gotten great prices.
The early October sale dates allow Target to kick off the holiday shopping season early. Confidence is high that you’ll see some of the best prices of the season- and if not, you’ll be covered by the Target Holiday Price Guarantee. All items purchased on or after October 6th are eligible for a price adjustment if the price drops in your Target store or online at Target.com before December 22nd, 2022. Some exclusions apply, see the full policy for details.
There will be a week between Prime Day and Target Deal Days, and we are expecting other retailers to take part in the holiday season kickoff event with some Black Friday style sales. We’re keeping a close eye on some of our favorites and we’ll let you know what they are bringing to the table very soon!
We will be updating this post as more details regarding the items that will be on sale, along with other promotions (fingers crossed for a gift card deal!) as soon as we have them. All deals will be live posted in our Facebook group.
Amazon exceeded expectations earlier this month by announcing their new layaway plan to help consumers stretch their holiday payments over a period of time without paying interest or subjecting to a credit check.
